About LTA = Founder, Certifications, and Methodologies
Founder: Wilhelmina Tribble
Wilhelmina Tribble is a certified International Facilitator and Coach. She has facilitated leadership and diversity sessions and coached executives in over 20 countries. Tell her what you want accomplished in a meeting and she will design a process to make it happen. She also trains and certifies coaches and facilitators.
Wilhelmina’s work in diversity spans decades. She will tell you now… that over the years, as the need for diversity in the workplace became evident and addressed… the emergence of yet a new challenge within the rubric of diversity is now being recognized; “generational differences in the organization”. It is alive and well and growing. As the years passed life differences between the generations became apparent and workplace expectations and attitudes started to clash causing unwanted discomfort. Wilhelmina helps to clarify these differences in a light and interesting way.
Diversity and personal growth go hand in hand.
Recognizing her expertise and commitment to the legal community, the Florida Supreme Court requested that Wilhelmina facilitate a diversity session specifically for them. She also earned a much-deserved spot on the faculty of the Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies working with judges on the courts’ challenges in a very diverse community.
Using a proprietary, results based system, called “The Bridge”, she works one-on-one with business and legal leaders expertly uncovering hidden challenges, quietly questioning to identify a compelling personal or judicial philosophy, assessing their professional presence, and supporting plans that move them across their bridge and on to the rest of their lives. As some of her clients readily say, “She gets you to that defining moment when things become crystal clear” or “she finds that spark in you that makes your presentation connect”.
Wilhelmina earned a B.S. degree in Education from the City University of New York and a Master’s degree in Education Administration from California State University. She has advanced certifications in Executive Coaching, International Protocol, International Facilitation, and in a variety of contemporary human resource assessments. In addition to being a mother, she is an avid golfer and tennis player She frequently pulls from her background in theater, choreography, and athletic coaching to make her consulting engaging.

Methodologies:
Lowe Tribble & Associates, Inc (LTA) provides unmatched organizational consulting services to clients in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Miami, New York City and throughout the rest of the country. Our three main methodologies, Assessments, Experience-Based Learning (EBL) and Debriefing, are highlighted below. After finding out more about each methodology, we encourage you to contact us today by filling out our short form.
Assessments
People take in and process information differently. It is critical that both the program design and the facilitator/coach are multi-faceted and sensitive to each person. This is accomplished first, with an assessment of either the individual and or the organization. LTA is always assessing each client’s situation before proceeding.
Personal Profile System, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Firo B, Leadership Analysis, Listening Style Indicator, 360 assessments, Focus groups, and Personal Interviews, are some of the tools LTA uses to assist in finding the right development approach and learning activities for our clients.
Experience-Based Learning (EBL)
Whenever appropriate, LTA incorporates customized experience-based learning activities as part of our delivery design. Experience-based learning is rich in symbols, metaphors, feelings, and conveyance. It encourages participants to see similarities between situations that happen during a planned activity or coaching conversation, and situations in other aspects of life and work. The participants find themselves engulfed in the dynamics of the activity, both emotionally and intellectually.
Debriefing
This is one of the most important and delicate part of the learning process. The facilitator must be skillful, or the meaning is lost and the participant feels like all they did was an exercise. LTA facilitators debrief the participants in a manner that enables them to process their experiences in a clearer, more intense manner than through the more traditional instructional strategies. Asking questions, using metaphors, and intense listening for deeper meaning are basic skills mastered by LTA’s facilitators. The more participants digest, synthesize, and assimilate what is happening in the planned activity or coaching conversation, the more learning and behavioral change is eminent.
